Nintendo has announced two extra-large amiibo figures inspired by Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2.
The Mario and Luma amiibo shows the hero soaring into space with a loyal Luma by his side. In Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2, tapping this amiibo grants a Life Mushroom to aid Mario on his adventures.
The Rosalina and Lumas amiibo captures the cosmic guardian reading from her storybook, accompanied by her starry companions. In the Galaxy titles, tapping this amiibo provides a 1-Up Mushroom.
Both amiibo are larger than standard figures, making them standout collectibles for fans. As with all amiibo, they can also unlock extra in-game features across compatible Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 titles by tapping them to the NFC touchpoint.
