A physical edition of Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 2 arrives this August on PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
The new collection brings together several iconic entries from the stealth-action franchise, complete with detailed scenario books and a comprehensive master book exploring the story and characters.
A Day One Edition will also include bonus in-game items for selected titles.

The big deal here is Metal Gear Solid 4 becoming playable on modern platforms again for the first time since the PS3 days, which alone will sell this collection to many fans.
With Peace Walker included, Volume 2 basically continues the main Metal Gear timeline, so it feels like a proper follow-up to Volume 1 rather than a random bundle.
This release is really Konami making sure key Metal Gear games stay playable on current hardware, similar to what they started with Volume 1.
