Capcom has officially announced a remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica during Summer Game Fest 2026. The long-rumoured project will launch under the simplified title Resident Evil Veronica and is currently scheduled for release in 2027.

While Capcom has not announced any special editions yet, there is a strong possibility that Resident Evil Veronica will receive a Collector’s Edition, Steelbook Edition, or other retailer-exclusive releases, following the pattern established by previous Resident Evil launches.
