Square Enix announced Star Ocean: The Second Story R Collector’s Edition which will launch on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on November 2, 2023.

Star Ocean: The Second Story R Collector’s Edition includes:

• An expansive 4-disc original soundtrack with special collector’s edition sleeve case featuring all in-game tracks newly arranged by the legendary sound creator Motoi Sakuraba
• Art book featuring beautiful artworks from STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R, including character illustrations by Yukihiro Kajimoto (H 257 mm x W 182 mm, Soft Cover, 40 pages)
• A luxurious 24 piece box set of mini acrylic stands, featuring pixel art of main characters from the game including the thirteen party members and the Ten Wise Men. Each acrylic piece is 8mm (0.3in) thick and can stand on its own for easy display
• A backdrop sheet that can be displayed together with the acrylic stands
