Nothing bespeaks summer in a small town like the merry jingle of an ice cream truck, right? Well, one all-American burg is about to welcome one particularly pernicious popsicle purveyor (Ari Millen)…and the sweet treats that he foists off on the local kids turns them into rampaging homicidal maniacs.
